I love a millefleur (“thousand
flowers”) look, like the kind that graces Medieval tapestries and
illuminated manscripts. But, lest the passerby overlook these delicate
ornamental blooms, I was compelled to put in the red line that calls out,
“Attention, please!” Some of the flowers are imaginary, but all the little
